Use accepted PHP best practices for writing code for primary application. 5. Work on strong hold on PHP Framework (e.g., Cake PHP). Skills: 1. Understanding (or better yet direct experience) how to architect a system to be scalable for high load usage. 2. Server performance considerations (e.g., in case we need you to investigate performance issues potentially related to your code) 3. Understanding of (or skills to implement existing/develop own) push notification system.
