Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with high accuracyConduct home sample collections as per assigned schedulesLabel, package, and transport specimens to the lab within set timelinesEnsure compliance with biosafety protocols and hygiene standardsHandle and report patient queries with professionalismUse Orange Health-style app-based workflows and documentation practicesMaintain proper records of sample collections and customer interactions
