Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PF & ESIC Registration & Compliance

Register new employees under PF & ESIC schemes.
Maintain up-to-date employee records for PF and ESIC.
Coordinate with government portals (EPFO, ESIC) for registrations, updates, and compliance.
Submit monthly returns (ECR upload for PF, ESIC contributions).
Liaise with inspectors/auditors for inspections and audits related to PF/ESIC.

2. Challan Generation

Generate PF and ESIC challans monthly through respective portals.
Ensure timely payment of PF and ESIC contributions to avoid penalties.
Reconcile challans with payroll data and maintain audit-ready records.

3. Payroll Processing

Process monthly payroll for employees including salary computation, deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), and reimbursements.
Validate attendance, leaves, and overtime data before payroll finalization.
Prepare salary slips and payroll MIS reports.
Handle full and final settlements and ensure compliance with exit formalities.
