JD - Performance Marketing for E-Comm

This profile is for the one who is highly excited and efficient of building e-comm business. A self-driven individual extremely competitive in paid e-commerce marketing.

- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis - focused on delivering revenue for business.

- Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.

- Drive campaigns to get quality users with high engagement rate and generate business through paid campaigns.

- Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys etc. Serve as the lead for programmatic display.

- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact.

- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partner.

- Research, monitor and track what's trending on social media and coordinate with departments create content around trending topics.

- Extensive knowledge if GA4 to track various data points and be able to evaluate the tracking of campaigns, etc. in GA4.

Responsibilities will consist of:

- Categorize and analyze high performance campaigns and document success stories for feedback and learning.

- Keep a keen eye on copy and visual styles that have worked on the campaigns across channels and replicate/abridge these approaches as and when required.

- Organize weekly brainstorming meetings for upcoming projects and be an active participant in suggesting fresh ideas that shall be replicated on the campaigns and social brand pages.

- Effective coordination with other teams to create and execute campaigns that will increase users on the website and initiate sales.

- Analyze the data and take out the insights of the campaigns and take the corrective actions accordingly to improve the performance of campaigns.

- Prepare a strategy to achieve the business objective and meet the targets.

- Come up with innovative ideas which can help in improving the efficiency and performance.
