As a Performance Marketing Executive at MarketingBeku, you will play a vital role in driving our digital marketing efforts to the next level. We are looking for a talented individual who is well-versed in Meta & Google Ads.

Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. 2. Monitor performance metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and provide regular reports. 3. Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting across platforms. 4. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives. 5. Continuously test, learn, and implement campaign improvements. Skills & qualifications: 1. 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads. 2. Strong understanding of PPC, audience segmentation, and remarketing. 3. Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GTM). 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
