Paid mobile bill through Paytm three days back but the payment is not yet received by mobile service provider and the service to mobile is discontinued. All efforts to reach out to Paytm failed and there is no response to email requesting urgent response

Paytm is fraud , i have booking indigo flight through paytm and i cancelled my ticket , indigo refund my full amount which is 8986 but paytm refund only 3806 , chor bank paytm . My advice dont use this aap or bank.
