Patent Associate

As a Patent Associate at our company in Indore, you will be responsible for drafting provisional and complete specifications for patent filings. You will also be tasked with responding to Examination Reports and Office Actions, providing technical arguments, and attending hearings if you are a registered patent agent. Additionally, your role will involve assisting with Patent Oppositions and supporting litigation through research and case analysis. To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in patent drafting and patent search. Ideal candidates will have an educational background in Engineering or Science, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science. A strong understanding of patent laws and procedures is essential, along with exceptional research and analytical skills. Candidates must also be willing to relocate to Indore.
