Panel billing executive

• Panel & Insurance Coordination
• Liaise with Panel and insurance companies for pre-authorization, claim approval, and query resolution.
• Monitor real-time status of insurance cases and follow up for timely responses.
• Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and promptly.
• Patient & Attendant Interaction
• Educate and guide patients about the process of cashless hospitalization and claim filing.
• Coordinate with patients and relatives to obtain necessary insurance documents.
• Provide status updates and resolve queries related to their insurance or corporate billing.
• Corporate & PSU Client Handling
• Maintain records and agreements with corporate clients and public sector undertakings.
• Coordinate with HR or health officers of partner companies for patient admissions and clearances.
• Billing & Documentation
• Work closely with the billing department to ensure insurance charges, packages, and consumables are aligned with approval limits.
• Ensure all claim documents are submitted correctly and track claim rejections or deductions.
• Record Keeping & MIS Reporting
• Maintain and update panel registers, case files, and digital records.
• Generate and share daily/weekly MIS reports with the panel head or management.
• Compliance & Audits
• Ensure all panel activities comply with hospital protocols and regulatory norms.
• Assist during internal and external audits related to insurance and corporate billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
