This role includes managing and supervising 2–3 junior accountants to ensure timely and accurate work delivery. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments Key Responsibilities:Handle complete accounting and financial reporting Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filing and compliance Supervise 2–3 junior accountants and ensure timely task completion Conduct business calculations and prepare financial summaries Use AI tools to streamline accounting and reporting processes Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries Work with advanced Excel functions and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.) Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws Ability to lead and manage a small team (2–3 junior accountants) Proficient in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) Familiarity with AI tools and digital accounting platforms Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Based on experience, with annual review depending on performance Mobile Allowance Health Insurance Accidental Insurance Cover Additional benefits after the probation period
