Responsibilities: Pack daily customer orders accurately after quality checks Coordinate with delivery agents for pickups and deliveries Handle reverse shipments and manage return pickups Organise and manage inventory shelves Process and repack exchange orders after quality checks Maintain daily order counts and ensure proper records are kept Ensure all parcels are labelled and packed neatly as per brand standards Assist in other basic warehouse tasks as needed Requirements: Basic reading and writing skills (English) Prior experience in packing/e-commerce fulfilment is a bonus Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently after training Work Timings: Monday to Saturday - 11 AM to 7 PM
