Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with 34 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing packaging for consumer products, preferably in the medical or health-tech space. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions that are functional, compliant, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop packaging concepts for medical devices and consumer health products.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and regulatory teams to ensure packaging meets functional and compliance requirements.Create artwork, dielines, mockups, and prototypes for packaging formats including boxes, blister packs, and inserts.Ensure packaging designs align with brand identity and enhance user experience.Conduct material research and liaise with suppliers to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.Prepare print-ready files and oversee production quality.Perform verification and validation studies as per applicable ISO standards.Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE).Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field.3-4 years of professional experience in packaging design, preferably in medical or consumer electronics.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and packaging design software.Strong understanding of print production, materials, and structural design.Familiarity with Quality Management System, regulatory labeling and compliance for medical products.Excellent communication and Portfolio showcasing relevant packaging design work.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated industry.
