1) Handling schedule changes. a) Informing passengers about schedule changes made by airlines. b) Giving alternate options as per specific airline rules. c) Explaining changes & obtaining passenger confirmation to get the tickets re-issued. d) The entire process has to be completed on time, as per the rules of the specific airline. 2) Placing special service requests as per passenger requirements. 3) Arranging STPC. 4) Arranging refunds in case of schedule change/flight cancellations. 5) Getting relevant authorisations, confirmations, payments & documents to get the needful done. 6) Requesting for customer feedback online and over calls. Breaking it down and reporting weekly to the management with cause and effect mannerisms of the sales team for improvement of sales management.

Objectives of this role Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale Work primarily in PHP, Amadeus Web Services and JavaScript Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs Collaborate across time zones via GitHub comments, JIRA, documents, and frequent audio conferences. Required skills and qualifications At least one year of experience in building large-scale software applications Experience in building web applications Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs Knowledge of PHP, Amadeus Web Services and JavaScript Excellent debugging and optimization skills Experience in unit/integration testing Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies
