Job Title: OT Assistant – Eye Clinic

Location: Near Phoenix Mall, Wakad, Pune
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and interview)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable OT Assistant to support ophthalmic surgeries at a reputed eye clinic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting in eye operations such as cataract, LASIK, and other minor/major procedures. The OT Assistant will be responsible for maintaining OT standards, preparing surgical setups, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during the procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ophthalmologist during surgical and minor procedures
• Prepare and arrange sterile surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure the operating theatre is clean, disinfected, and ready for procedures
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Position patients correctly and assist in draping
• Monitor and maintain OT inventory, surgical kits, and medical supplies
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Maintain accurate records of surgical cases and instrument usage

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and ophthalmic instruments
• Experience assisting in procedures like cataract, glaucoma, LASIK, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a clinical environment
• High attention to detail and hygiene standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,003.12 - ₹35,968.27 per month

Work Location: In person
