Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH) Hand-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, and customization management and support Perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components Deliver post-production support/hypercare service Create custom reports using Oracle tools Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues Execute Agile data migration processes Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing Analyze and prioritize support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customizations issues Perform initial assessment and customization component failures Coordinate post-production support/Hypercare requests Triage issues related to custom reports using oracle tools Manage incidents tickets for Agile data migration challenges Track and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing request
