Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Analyst to support and enhance our global Oracle EPM/Hyperion landscape. This role will initially focus on maintaining and optimizing our on-premises Oracle Hyperion 11.1.2.4 environment, with a strategic shift toward implementing Oracle Cloud EPM beginning in late 2025. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical and functional expertise in Hyperion/EPM and a forward-thinking mindset to help drive our digital transformation.

In This Role, You Will

Apply advanced knowledge to support and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM and on-prem Hyperion (Essbase/Planning) modules and related applications.
Work with consultants from a system integrator to lead and support the transition to Oracle Cloud EPM, including:

Planning
Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
Narrative Reporting
Account Reconciliation
FreeForm Planning

Collaborate with global business partners to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and configure EPM solutions to meet business needs.
Create functional and design documentation aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
Coordinate and manage change requests and enhancement projects from initiation through completion.
Drive business process improvements and automation using Oracle EPM capabilities.
Perform system configurations and setups for both Cloud and on-prem environments.
Partner with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and validate deliverables.
Provide support for month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

What You Bring to the Team

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of deep experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Oracle Cloud EPM.
3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules.
Working knowledge of Oracle SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Experience working in a global environment, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
