Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the

  implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Global HR

  module across various phases (requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support).
• Analyze client business processes to identify areas of improvement and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle Global HR components such as

  Workforce Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Locations, Job & Position Management, Person Management, and Employment Models

  .
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, conversions, and custom reports.
• Perform system testing, assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and lead enhancements or change requests.
• Document functional designs, business processes, and configuration workbooks.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates and recommend relevant new features.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  8 years of overall experience

  in Oracle HCM solutions with at least

  3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM – Global HR

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Core HR processes

  , organizational setup, and person lifecycle management.
• Hands-on configuration experience in

  Global HR

  module, and familiarity with adjacent modules (such as Absence, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
• Experience working with

  fast formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, and OTBI/BIP reports

  is an advantage.
• Good understanding of

  data conversion, integration design

  , and middleware collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and client teams.
• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification in

  Global HR

  is preferred.
