Optometrist

Qualification: Diploma/Graduation in Optometry

Roles and Responsibilities:

· To perform professional eye examination of the customers visiting the store with refractory issues, diagnose and prescribe the best product solution for the diagnosed refractory condition by demonstrating empathy & expertise.

· Drive sales of the contact lenses & spectacle lenses, powered sunglasses, etc. by introducing the appropriate products to the customers as per the requirements Educate the customers on the benefits, promotions, offers, etc.

· Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendation, To ensure sales conversion.

Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in working as optometrist and or relevant internship experience.

Salary range: As per Experience & skills

Renumeration would be as per the industry norms. Apart from the salary, candidates will be eligible for handsome incentives as well as coverage for all legal compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity as per eligibility criteria. We also have a provision for mediclaim and personal accidental policy for all our employees.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
