Job Title: Optometrist – Eyewear Industry

Department: Optical Store

Reports to: Store Manager / Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced instruments and techniques.
• Diagnose vision problems, eye diseases, and refractive errors (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia).
• Prescribe appropriate spectacles or contact lenses based on eye test results.
• Educate customers about lens types, coatings, and frame selection based on their lifestyle and prescription.
• Assist in fitting and verifying contact lenses and provide aftercare instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institute.
• Valid registration with the State Optometry Council (if applicable).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail optical chains preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
