Company Name -Tek Ninjas Job Title: OPT Recruiter ( H1- Transfer Exp) Location: 5x Day - Onsite - [My Home Hub, Hitech City] Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: (2-4 Years) [Mid-level / Senior-level] Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented H1B Transfer Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding IT professionals on H-1B visas who are seeking employment transfers and profile marketing onto the W-2 bench. This role requires a strong understanding of US immigration regulations, particularly the H1B visa process, H1B Transfer process, and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential H1B candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media platforms. Understand and communicate the details of H1B transfer processes, timelines, and required documentation. Coordinate with internal immigration teams or legal counsel to ensure smooth and compliant transfers. Screen candidates for technical fit, immigration eligibility, and availability. Negotiate terms, including rates, benefits, with the consultant. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build a strong pipeline of qualified H1B consultants for immediate and future client requirements. Follow up with consultants to ensure satisfaction and retention on bench stats. Collaborate with the Sales and Talent Acquisition manager to align candidate profiles with active marketing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 4+ years of experience in Recruitment with a strong focus on H1B transfers. Deep understanding of H1B visa regulations, transfer processes, and compliance. Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal). Familiarity with other visa types like OPT, CPT, GC, and GC EAD is a plus. Preferred candidate profile
