Job Summary We are seeking a experienced Operation /Purchase Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process by assisting with operation manager , supplier management, and inventory management. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of procurement management principles. The Purchase with operation Assistant will work closely with various departments to ensure that purchasing activities align with the company’s operational needs. Duties Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and managing contracts effectively.. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Communicate with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare reports on purchasing activities, trends, and supplier performance for management review. Admin related works like(managing communications (phone, email, mail), scheduling meetings, maintaining records, ordering supplies, and providing general support to staff) Experience * 1 Year Experience in purchase assistant Strong skills in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
