Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Khar West
Working Hours: 11am to 8 pm
Salary: Rs 10000 to 20000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to streamline our internal processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure smooth delivery and tracking of inventory and services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and tech-savvy with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Order Coordination
  • Send order forms daily to designated personnel (e.g., Roshni).
  • Coordinate with clients for order confirmations.
  • Track and cross-check servicing of clients from Delhi, Bangalore, and other locations.
  • Ensure client pictures are taken with the order form.
  • Assist technicians in taking feedback videos post every fitting.
  • Inventory & Delivery
  • Coordinate with inventory and technicians; maintain track of units issued.
  • Update and cross-check stock issues and inventory levels.
  • Discuss and prioritize urgent deliveries with inventory.
  • Track delivery of units to Delhi & Bangalore branches.
  • Update CRM with delivery status and no-show clients.
  • CRM & Ticketing
  • Update CRM in real-time based on client status.
  • Track help ticket system and ensure resolution by concerned personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operational data.
  • Internal Process Coordination
  • Coordinate issuance of units the next day after confirmation.
  • Cross-check pre-consultation forms of Fixed Models (FMs).
  • Check and update American Info Data in coordination with team members.
  • Follow-up and provide reminders for on-floor testimonials and podcasts.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data entry.
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple departments (Inventory, Technicians, Sales).
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
