Openstack Cloud Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a bright and exceptional OpenStack Engineer based out of Hyderabad or any other location across India. NOTE: ** Only Immediate joiners are accepted. Roles and Responsibilities. Managing Compute node operations (Compute create, delete, evacuate, migrate). Monitoring and managing redhat and open source openstack cloud. Should have knowledge of Backing up, upgrade and restoration of OpenStack cloud and updates patching. Managing storage and networking services (Ceph storage configuration management and neutron service.). Provisioning of OpenStack components according to client requirements. Troubleshooting issues related to core OpenStack components like nova, neutron and cinder Managing infrastructure security and user security and managing application deployment resources. Well versed in Ceph storage operations (Ceph user management, monitoring and optimization of Ceph services). Performance monitoring and optimization of cloud. Experience in OpenStack deployment using tripleo deployment method is Mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in open-source or RedHat OpenStack cloud. Strong skills in provisioning, managing and optimizing OpenStack key components like keystone, nova, cinder, etc. Experience with Ceph storage, cloud upgrade and patching required. Knowledge of telemetry service. Strong knowledge and experience in Linux operating system preferably RedHat Linux.
