• Power BI Developer to design and build intuitive, insightful, and interactive dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
• Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and relationships (star/snowflake schema).
• Strong experience with Power BIs Power Query, DAX, and Dataflows and advanced visualizations.
• Experience connecting Power BI to relational databases, especially MySQL (RDS).
• Familiarity with ETL processes, especially in cloud environments like AWS.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service for publishing, sharing, scheduling, and security.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, visual reports.
• Implement row-level security and optimize report performance for large datasets.
• Collaborate with ETL engineers to validate data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support business users with ad hoc analysis and self-service reporting needs.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and documentation standards.
