Job Summary We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Administrative & HR Assistant to support our daily office operations and recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Perform general office duties: Answer phones, manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and ensure daily office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging, and compliant customer-facing materials while managing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support. This role will work closely with product development, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
