Education: Bachelor's Degree in B tech. Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in Manufacturing . Production Planning and execution. Adhere to the prescribed production plan and monitor production processes; run, adjust and update schedules as needed. Ensure right supply of materials as per the given plan System and performance monitoring and management. Ensure rejection level comes below the norms.Skill development through Skill Matrix for workers skill Development on monthly basis. Machine utilization and maintenance.Ensure availability of all mould/ die by planning the preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime.. Scrap and defect management.Analysing of scraps & defects as per the norms on daily/ weekly & monthly basis New article launch and supply.Ensuring the materials availability for production of new articles are done within TAT.
