Officer - Supply Chain Purchase

Experience – 2-3 Years Sourcing for the potential vendors , for Engineering store material , spares, machinery and recommends prospective vendors for approved vendor list.Request for RFQ and follow up for negotiation , material arrival , check invoice and prepare inspection report and submit for payment clearance. · Prepare vendor contracts, logic note and negotiates with vendor for the most competitive quote as per industrial standards.· Request documents for vendor qualification from supplier as per unit requirement.· Follow up for the vendor payment activity with finance team to clear invoice timely.· Hands on experience in raising PR , stock record , material inward , GRN and material code creation in SAPProactively involve in Purchasing processes, supplier selection and development to support above Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹291,660.20 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
