Urgent Requirement – Quality Lab Officer (Microbiological Testing) at Sukhna Foods

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Working Shift: Evening

We’re hiring a Quality Lab Officer (Microbiological Testing) to join our quality team at Sukhna Foods, a fast-growing manufacturer of premium frozen food products.

Must-Have:

• Strong knowledge of Microbiology
• media preparation, plating, incubation, pathogen testing,
• Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Hands-on experience in routine lab testing for food products

Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform microbiological and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure product safety and compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain lab documentation and calibration logs.
• Support plant quality control and audits.

Eligibility:-

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, or related science.
• 2-4 years of experience in regular testing of food items (essential).
• Must be comfortable testing non-vegetarian products.
• Only male candidates encouraged to apply (for evening shift).
