Office Boy
Location: Wakad, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Document Handling:
· Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
· Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assistance to Staff:
· Assist employees with basic office needs.
· Help set up meeting rooms and arrange seating.
Stock Management:
· Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery and cleaning supplies.
Errands and Outside Tasks:
· Run errands outside the office, such as bank transactions or purchasing supplies.
· Handle minor office-related tasks outside the premises.
Security Duties:
· Keep an eye on office security by ensuring doors and windows are secured.
· Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
Other Tasks:
· Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or meetings.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic education.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical fitness and stamina for tasks such as lifting and moving office supplies.
Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
Should have a two-wheeler.
