Job Description

Led development projects and ensured QMS compliance per AS9100 standards.

Managed the CMM Programming team using PC-DMIS software.
Reviewed supplier quality procedures (QSP) and aligned them with organizational QMS.
Prepared Inspection Method Sheets (IMS) for customer approval before purchase order receipt.
Submitted FAIR (AS9102 Rev C) and PPAP documentation.
Reduced production costs by implementing receiver gauges for inspection.
Reviewed Material Test Certificates and Special Process Certificates (DFARS, REACH, RoHS, 3TG) before final customer submission.
Conducted SPC, Gage R&R, and Root Cause Analysis.
