Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and documenting patient progress Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to meet specific patient needs. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care . Assist in the preparation and recovery of patients undergoing medical procedures or surgeries. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond promptly to patient calls and assist in managing emergency situations. Sound knowledge of hospital protocols, hygiene practices, and patient care guidelines. Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends. Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) or equivalent.
