Pathetic service, no one bother to pick up the phone. It only rang and kept as show piece. They don't have customer centric approach. Sudhu taka chene. Jemon Toll Free no. Temon branch er no. Kono single point contact nei. Amar experience khubi baje. I will not not recommend anyone for loan or other services they provide.

Fraud bank charging additional interest and rejecting any customer queries. They have increased home loan duration without consent from me and also not accepting any emails or actioning them.

Most most third class bank & service. They increased a very huge home loan interest after few years and when you want to close the loan they are totally unhelpful, they even don't answer your call or mails, very very pathetic experience from this bank

Very bad staff behaviour full of indiscipline and only knows how to rotate coustomer into there branch many times. They take very much days to do a minimalistic work. Not recommended branch absolutely disgusting branch
