New Product Development Manager

New Product Development (NPD) Manager Die Casting

Responsibilities:

• Lead complete NPD lifecycle for aluminum HPDC components — from RFQ to PPAP.
• Coordinate with design, tooling, machining, and quality teams for successful project execution.
• Handle tooling projects: die casting tools, machining fixtures, gauges.
• Build and maintain structured tracking sheets, pivot tables, and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Host customer meetings, drive internal reviews, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors for tooling, raw materials, and development support.
• Contribute to IATF 16949 readiness and quality system improvements.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in aluminum pressure die casting and NPD.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Strong command over

  Excel or Google Sheets

• Excellent

  interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Hands-on understanding of GD&T, DFM, and machining processes.
• Experience managing vendors and tooling suppliers.
