Basic Configuration and network TroubleshootingMonitor Network infrastructure and provide L1 Network supportManage CISCO routing, switching and WAN technologies and network services leverage toolsHandle incident/Task related to network by following process and standardHands on troubleshooting experience in enterprise LAN and WAN environmentRemote management and monitoring of network operationsCoordinate with Various telecommunication services providers (ISP) to resolve circuit problem.To open ticket with OEM and coordinate with OEM for replacement and regular updates to stakeholders.Daily call summary preparationNetwork devices IOS upgradationBasic understanding of network management protocols like SNMP, SSH, Syslog.
Routing & Switching, Network Monitoring & Management tools
Basic understanding of routing protocols like BGP/ OSPF/ EIGRPBasic understanding of switching protocols like STP/RSTP/VLAN/VTP etc.
Experiennce upto 3 years, Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite
Knowledge of Network Security devices - Added advantage
Basic Knowledge of Firewall, Wireless Controller, Access Point
