Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core, Azure cloud services, and API architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of both application development and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable RESTful APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API
• Lead the development of microservices and serverless functions using Azure Functions
• Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework Core
• Design and manage API lifecycle using Azure API Management (APIM)
• Host and deploy applications using Azure App Service
• Ensure secure API access using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and OAuth2/JWT
• Manage secrets and certificates using Azure Key Vault
• Define and enforce CORS policies and API gateway configurations
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and best practices

Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core
• Expertise in ASP.NET Web API and RESTful service design
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core
• Deep understanding of Azure Functions and event-driven architecture
• Proficient in Azure API Management, App Services, and Key Vault
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, OAuth2, and Microsoft Identity Platform
• Familiarity with API security, rate limiting, and throttling
• Experience configuring CORS policies and managing API gateways
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-204, AZ-400)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus
