The translator will support cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, procurement, and production in translating technical documents, emails, and verbal communications. Key Responsibilities: Translate technical documents, process sheets, work instructions, and quality reports from Chinese to English and vice versa. Interpret in real-time during meetings, factory floor visits, and training sessions between Chinese and English-speaking teams. Assist in communications with Chinese suppliers, customers, or partner factories. Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and maintain the context of the original material, particularly with technical or industry-specific terms. Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering change communications by translating relevant technical data. Help local teams understand Chinese SOPs, assembly instructions, and machine manuals. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive documents and information.
