The Opportunity Neo4j is looking for a Director of Revenue Business Systems to build our India Systems Center of Excellence (CoE). Partnering with the global team, you will be responsible for overseeing a ground of Analysts, Admins, Developers, and others to deliver solutions for the business. You will be at the intersection of all departments, and at the intersection of business strategy and technology. Primary Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise for all aspects of the business applications you manage. Analyze and report key metrics to demonstrate the business value of investments in these applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and manage SLAs, ensuring customer expectations are met through multi-tier support and uptime monitoring. Lead and mentor teams by fostering a collaborative, stable, and cohesive work environment. Monitor industry and market trends to guide strategic decision-making and proactively address challenges. Develop and communicate a clear application roadmap that aligns with business functions and adapts to emerging requirements. Establish and enforce standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and reliability of applications. Forge long-term strategic partnerships with departmental leaders by understanding their challenges and opportunities, aligning team strategy with company-wide objectives.
