Building a good relationship with the clients. Attending workshops, and conferences to improve product knowledge. Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management. Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities. Researching and reviewing competitor product offerings Resolving customers complaints and issues in a professional manner. Motivating and encouraging the sales team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or a similar role in the Sales industry. Sound knowledge in planning and implementing sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. Strong leadership skills. Ability to conduct in-depth research. Ability to offer excellent customer service. Ability to work in a stressful working environment. Willingness to travel as and when required.
