Position Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Biostatistician with expertise in digital signal processing (DSP) , machine learning (ML) , and artificial intelligence (AI) to join our multidisciplinary team advancing digital health solutions. The ideal candidate is a life-long learner who thrives on tackling complex data challenges and contributing to impactful innovations in health and wellness technologies. You will work with physiological signals to generate insights that support product development, research studies, and user-centric analytics. Key Responsibilities: Analyze time-series and physiological data using statistical , ML/AI , and DSP techniques. Apply core statistical methods to model variability, trends, and associations in health-related data. Develop, evaluate, and optimize predictive models and signal processing algorithms using Python , MATLAB , and R . Design studies and experiments to assess algorithmic performance and real-world usability. Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and clinical researchers to translate findings into actionable product improvements. Maintain clear documentation of analysis plans, code, and results for internal sharing and scientific communication. Stay up to date with emerging tools and techniques in machine learning, statistics, and DSP , applying them creatively to solve real-world problems. Required Qualifications: MS or PhD in Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a biostatistics, signal processing, or data science rolepreferably in digital health or health technology domains. Strong working knowledge of statistics , ML/AI , and digital signal processing . Proficiency with scientific programming and data analysis using MATLAB , R , and Python . Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new algorithms and technologies in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with wearable sensor data, digital biomarker development, or mHealth platforms. Familiarity with data engineering tools and environments Track record of contributions to research publications, technical reports, or open-source projects.
