Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of ophthalmic devices and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, particularly within the ophthalmology sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, hospitals, and clinics. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Provide post-sales support and address any client queries or concerns promptly. Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team. Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to enhance product knowledge and network. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc. in Biology, Optometry, Biomedical, or related fields). Experience: 13 years of experience in sales of ophthalmic devices or related medical equipment. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
