Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced musician or music educator with deep knowledge of musical instruments (guitars, pianos, keyboards, etc.) to train sales personnel. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product knowledge and sales expertise by empowering retail staff to effectively understand, demonstrate, and sell musical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for sales staff on musical instruments, focusing on:
• Product features, benefits, and unique selling points
• Live demonstrations (guitars, pianos, keyboards, etc.)
• Basic music theory, instrument care, and tuning
• Understanding customer needs and product matching
• Develop training materials, manuals, and guides tailored for salespeople
• Collaborate with sales managers and product teams to align training with business goals
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and adapt as necessary
• Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and trends in music gear
• Provide periodic refresher workshops and hands-on instrument clinics

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a musician, music educator, or product specialist
• Proficiency in playing guitar and piano/keyboard (must)
• Prior experience in retail or B2C/B2B sales training preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way
• Willingness to travel within the NCR region if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music / Performing Arts / Education / or equivalent
• Certifications from music schools (e.g., Trinity, ABRSM, Berklee online, etc.)
• Experience working with musical instrument brands (e.g., Yamaha, Casio, Roland, Fender)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
