Music Teacher – Guitarist / Drummer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher with expertise in guitar and/or drums to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to teach students of various age groups and skill levels, inspire a love for music, and conduct engaging, well-structured lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach guitar and/or drums to students in individual and group settings.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to different skill levels.
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, or exams (if applicable).
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Coordinate with the school/academy for event performances and music-related activities.
• Take care of instruments and advise students on maintenance and practice routines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in playing guitar and/or drums (knowledge of both is a plus).
• Prior teaching or performance experience preferred.
• Ability to read music and/or play by ear.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching and working with children and young adults.
• Flexible and open to teaching different music styles (e.g., classical, rock, pop).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Music or equivalent certification.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 – 2.30 per week
