Roles and Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance, MST (Mechanical, Structural, Thermal) maintenance, utility maintenance, DG set operation, chiller operation, air compressor operation, and transformer maintenance tasks. Conduct routine checks on equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plant operations. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth functioning of production processes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in multi-skilled technician role or similar field. Diploma/ITI qualification in relevant trade (e.g., Electrician). B.Tech/B.E. degree from any specialization; knowledge of mechanical principles preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanics, thermal engineering concepts. Immediate joiner preferred.
