The role involves Product-development in CAE department of the Business-unit "Stabilizer Systems" within advanced development projects in pre-development phase and customer engineering projects with the incoming RFQs. This includes pre-process activities and post process analysis. Close collaboration with our Germany CAE Team, which will define the targets and process during the project development with non-linearity CAE models neither in materials nor in geometry and boundary conditions. Managing CAE simulations in term of: Software use for the daily work – Ansys Meshing simulation models according to OEMs + MUBEA quality mesh standards. Define components interaction and material definitions. Development of internal systems to generate an improved information flow and easy workaround. Close collaboration with the CAD/CAE team to develop simulation requirements in the field of chassis components and with the project leaders of customer developments to support them with the needed information regarding simulation results acc. to customer specifications. Qualification & Experience: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Work experience: 3-6 years with same or similar position. Previous knowledge in CAE project’s development. Proficient in using pre and post process CAE software: Ansys, HyperMesh and Abaqus.
