Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing & Operations Executive to support our marketing efforts and manage key administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, managing digital platforms, coordinating vendor and travel logistics, and assisting in the execution of exhibitions, expos, and roadshows. Key Responsibilities: Design & Creative: Design product catalogues, brochures, and other marketing collaterals Create posters, banners, and visual content for both digital and print use Digital & Social Media Management: Manage and update all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan and schedule content; engage with followers and grow online presence Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements Marketing Tools & Campaigns: Manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar Maintain and update email contact lists and automation workflows Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution Vendor & Admin Coordination: Handle vendor registration and documentation across portals/platforms Coordinate with vendors for quotations, procurement, and follow-ups Event & Exhibition Coordination: Assist in planning and executing expos, exhibitions, and roadshows Coordinate booth setup, logistics, branding materials, and promotional items Liaise with event organizers and manage on-site activities Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling tools Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot) Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills Attention to detail and a creative mindset Ability to manage travel documentation and event logistics independently Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Basic knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) Prior experience managing B2B marketing events or expos Understanding of vendor management processes What We Offer: Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work on international events and campaigns Growth opportunities across marketing and operations Competitive salary and benefits
