Website:- https://msagsi.com/ Key Responsibilities: ○ Collect, clean, and analyze data from training centers, government dashboards (e.g., NSDC, SDMS), and internal systems. ○ Manage all the reports and be responsible for keeping weekly sector wise data. ○ Share the same with the management as and when required. ○ Generate performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. ○ Map current operational processes and suggest improvements for training delivery, candidate mobilization, assessments. ○ Identify gaps in existing workflows and recommend automation or technology interventions. ○ Liaise with internal teams, training partners, assessment bodies, and government stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. ○ Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams. ○ Interpret government guidelines and schemes (like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, etc.) to ensure program compliance. ○ Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field. ● Should have past experience in MIS ● 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/data analyst, preferably in the education, training, or social impact sectors. ● Familiarity with skill development schemes (PMKVY, NSDC, DDU-GKY, etc.) is a strong advantage Skills Required: ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ● Experience with databases is a must and SQL (optional). ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
