Job Summary: The Motor Winder is responsible for winding and assembling electric motors, generators, and other electrical equipment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with electrical components. Requirements: 1. Winding and Assembly: Winds and assembles electric motors, generators, and other electrical equipment, using manual and automated winding machines. 2. Inspection and Testing: Inspects and tests wound motors and generators to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. 3. Material Handling: Handles and stores electrical components, such as wire, magnets, and bearings, in a safe and organized manner. 4. Tool Maintenance: Maintains and repairs winding machines, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance. 5. Quality Control: Ensures that all products meet quality and performance standards, and identifies and reports any defects or issues. 6. Safety Protocols: Follows safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment. 7. Collaboration: Collaborates with other production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
