Key responsibilities:
1. Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms
2. Develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging
3. Collaborate with marketing team to execute integrated campaigns across social media channels
4. Utilize design thinking principles to problem solve and create user-centric designs
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media design
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and drive engagement
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels
8. Creative Graphic Designer (2D/3D, Social Media & Motion)
Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media content creation
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Express & Canva) and other relevant design tools
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, particularly social media graphics
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Experience with motion graphics and video editing
7. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to assess the performance of visual content
