Business Development Manager – US Healthcare RCM 📍 Location : Remote (India-based) 🕒 Type : Full-Time 💰 Salary : ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month (No commission) 🎯 Closures Required : 1 per month (initially), 2/month from 4th month onward 🚫 Strictly for Experienced Professionals Only About the Role We’re hiring 2 Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive client acquisition for our US-based Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. If you’ve successfully closed clients in the medical billing/RCM industry and know how to navigate the US healthcare sales landscape — we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities 🎯 Client Acquisition : Identify and close new clients including US-based clinics, hospitals, and provider groups requiring RCM solutions. 📞 Outbound Sales : Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads. 💼 Sales Presentations : Schedule and conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and proposal meetings with decision-makers. 🤝 Deal Closure : Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and final closure independently. 🔄 CRM Management : Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline, updating all client interactions and stages regularly. 🧩 Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth client handoff. 📈 Reporting & Targets : Provide weekly updates, insights, and strategies to improve outreach and conversion. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in US healthcare/RCM sales. Track Record : Must have closed deals independently (not just lead generation or assistant roles). Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with revenue cycle workflows, medical billing, and healthcare provider decision-making processes. Tools Proficiency : CRM (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail/Outlook, and basic proposal tools. Soft Skills : Strong spoken and written English, confident presentation ability, persuasive and persistent.
