Role Description The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, leading sales and marketing efforts, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with organizational goals. The role is based in Bengaluru. What We're Looking For: • Experience in MSME lending in Bangalore • Deep familiarity with the Bangalore FMCG ecosystem. • Lead all field operations including retailer onboarding, collections, and loan servicing. • Proven track record of scaling teams and driving execution in field sales. • A doer with entrepreneurial grit—ready to roll up sleeves and lead from the front. • Represent MoneyWell’s growth story to investors, strategic partners, and stakeholders. • A person fully committed to joining as a full-time Co-Founder.
