· Set up and operate DRO milling machines independently
· Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job orders
· Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.)
· Select appropriate cutting tools and set machining parameters
· Perform roughing, finishing, slotting, drilling, and other milling operations
· Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of machined parts
· Maintain machines, tools, and work area in clean and good condition
· Follow safety and quality procedures consistently
· Coordinate with supervisors and quality team on production requirements
